Beecortex builds ground and aerial robots (UGV / UAV) for industrial, marine, and defence inspection, paired with a software platform that turns raw scans into standing asset-integrity records.
Ground and aerial robots (UGV / UAV) collect the inspection data; the software layer turns it into a standing integrity record. Spider is the first platform in the line, live in the field today.
Magnetic wall-crawling crawler for ultrasonic thickness (UT) gauging on steel tanks and hulls. Removes the need for scaffolding or manual grid mapping, and feeds every reading straight into the asset-integrity dashboard.
FIELD DEPLOYMENT
Every Spider crawl is logged point by point and rendered as a defect map, on the 3D asset model or unrolled flat. Each point is scored against API 653 criteria — corrosion rate, remaining allowance, remaining life — so the output is a standing integrity record, not a one-time reading.
3D ASSET VIEW — DEFECT CONTOUR & INTEGRITY STATUS
2D UNROLLED VIEW — POINT-LEVEL THICKNESS ANALYSIS
Storage tanks and process vessels at refineries, terminals, and plants — thickness gauging and structural mapping without shutdown-length scaffolding.
Hulls and ballast tanks, inspected in dry dock or afloat, reducing diver time and confined-space entry.
Mechanical and systems design support for unmanned ground and aerial vehicle programs — see Design Services below.
Beecortex takes on mechanical and systems design work for unmanned ground and aerial vehicle programs, functioning as an extension of the client's own engineering team rather than a standalone vendor. Manufacturing is not included; design IP transfers fully to the client on delivery.

Beecortex (Pvt.) Ltd. is a robotics and industrial inspection company founded in 2024, based in Karachi. The company designs robotic platforms that replace manual entry into tanks, hulls, and confined spaces with remote, instrumented inspection, and separately provides mechanical and systems design services to unmanned vehicle programs in the defence sector.
